Moon Medicine- Full Moon Soundbath
Join us under the full moon for Moon Medicine — a letting go ritual, an immersive sound bath, and optional herbal tea to support deep relaxation.
Sound healing vibrations relax the body physically and quiet the mind into meditative or even dreamlike states; going from beta (worry, stress) all the way down to Theta (subconscious) and Delta states (where deep rest and healing happens.) People often see colors, remember old memories, feel emotional release, feel like they were asleep but awake, or even feel like time disappears.
The Experience:
- A letting go ritual correlating with the current Astrology.
- Sound healing immersive soundbath.
- Optional herbal tea available to help deepen the experience
- Community & Connection
No prior experience with meditation, or sound baths is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
This event is for you if:
- You're ready to release and let go of something supported by the astrology of the full moon.
- You crave community, ceremony, gathering.
- Your nervous system could use a break out of constant low level fight-or-flight and rest into a parasympathetic state for rejuvenation.
- You love feeling calm, safe, and relaxed with sound healing.
