Michael Klein, MBA, owner of Klein Financial, is a native of Mesa and has been a financial advisor since 2003. He stays current with the changes that occur in the financial services industry so that he can keep his clients informed of any new developments.  Michael received his BS in Finance from Arizona State University in 1996. He later received his MBA in 1997 from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Since then, Michael has worked as a Financial Analyst for both Electronic Data Systems Corporation and Intel Corporation, and as the General Manager of Concrete Pumping Services, Inc., where he transitioned the management of the company after the death of the owner.

Jose Rodriguez serves as V.P.|State Sales Manager for Old Republic Title, where he provides strategic leadership across multiple offices statewide. He oversees sales performance, revenue growth, and team development, partnering closely with branch and escrow leadership to strengthen market presence and deliver consistent, high-quality service throughout Arizona.

He also proudly serves on the Foundation Board of the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce, supporting initiatives that advance economic equity, education, and opportunity for LGBTQ+ and allied businesses. Through his board service, Jose contributes to fundraising, community partnerships, and programs that further the Chamber’s mission and long-term impact.

Mindy Robbins (any/all pronouns) is the founder of Affirming You, PLLC, a trailblazing mental health practice based in Arizona. With both lived experience and clinical expertise, Mindy creates affirming spaces where LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals can heal and thrive. They train future therapists, lead inclusive internship programs, and collaborate with local businesses to build a more supportive, connected community. Mindy’s work is reshaping mental health care by making it more accessible, compassionate, and responsive to the diverse needs of those it serves.

Isaac Varela is a results‑driven healthcare operations leader with more than a decade of experience strengthening service delivery, optimizing workflows, and elevating team performance across large, high‑volume organizations. Known for his ability to build trust, foster accountability, and inspire excellence, Isaac has led diverse teams through complex operational challenges while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience, staff development, and organizational efficiency.
Isaac currently serves as the Clinical Operations Manager for Your Health and Wellness, where he oversees daily office operations, leads front‑office service delivery, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. His work includes developing and refining SOPs, implementing workflow enhancements, supporting technology adoption, and serving as a key escalation point for both staff and patients.
