About Us
Homeless Youth Connection is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to eliminate barriers to graduation for youth experiencing homelessness and create lasting solutions for a successful future through community support and increased awareness.
HYC is proud to serve over 700 youth each year throughout the valley with the support of educators, government agencies, community partners, local corporations, service organizations, and compassionate and caring community members.
