LGBTQ.ONE operates THEAPP.ONE, a free privacy-first web application designed to help members of The Community and its allies discover welcoming businesses, organizations, events, professionals, services, and safe spaces throughout the United States and beyond.

Built to work instantly on virtually any device without downloads, complicated registrations, or invasive data collection, THEAPP.ONE was created to make it easier for people to “Know BEFORE You GO.” Users can quickly locate businesses and organizations that actively welcome and value LGBTQ customers, visitors, employees, and allies.

THEAPP.ONE combines modern mobile-friendly technology with a simple, accessible user experience that helps users discover restaurants, entertainment venues, healthcare providers, nonprofits, support organizations, retail stores, travel destinations, service professionals, and community events in one centralized platform.

LGBTQ.ONE was founded in Phoenix, Arizona with a mission centered around visibility, inclusion, acceptance, safety, and stronger community connections. The platform was created in response to the real-world challenges many members of The Community still face when trying to determine whether a business, service provider, or public space will be welcoming and respectful.

In addition to helping users discover inclusive businesses and services, THEAPP.ONE also helps participating businesses increase visibility within The Community through modern Action Pages featuring business information, maps, website links, directions, videos, promotions, and community engagement tools
