About Us

Crystal and Tiff are a queer couple who offer heart centered services and events. Tiff is an ex-pro basketball player turned holistic strength coach and energy work practitioner with an education in exercise science. Crystal is an intuitive channel, astrologer, storyteller, and sound bath practitioner with an education in mental and behavioral health. Together they create group events, classes, and retreats as well as individualized personal training and intuitive coaching that honors body, mind, and soul to support people navigating life transitions, burnout, identity shifts, and periods of deep change.
