Hello All!



Given the current political climate and the stressors we continue to face day-to-day, and most recently it seems hour-by-hour, I wanted to offer my coaching services to you all at a Pay What You Can rate, for as low as $20 per hour long session. These coaching sessions can be spent processing and discussing your thoughts and feelings surrounding recent/current events, self-esteem, relationships, community building, brainstorming, empowering you, helping you explore activism, or whatever you think may be most beneficial to you! I know right now that things are difficult and I want to provide this vital service at a rate that is accessible to the folks who need it.



I am a social worker that works in the mental health field, but I am not a therapist. I have extensive experience in the mental health field working with LGBTQ+ folks. There are no diagnoses given in coaching and I do not accept insurance plans.
