Aunt Rita's Foundation Bake Sale Bingo: An 80’s Throwback Fundraiser
Get ready to celebrate Aunt Rita’s roots with a brand-new twist on a beloved tradition! Bake Sale Bingohonors our grassroots beginnings—when homemade treats and community compassion helped spark a movement in 1988—while launching an exciting new era of fundraising and fun.
Hosted by drag icon Rita Bane, this totally 80’s-themed evening invites guests to dress in their best retro looks and enjoy a lively night of bingo, baked goods, and unforgettable entertainment. Indulge in delicious treats from local bakers, bid on custom cake auctions, and compete for fun bingo prizes, all while enjoying special performances from Rita Bane.
More than just a night out, Bake Sale Bingo marks the official kickoff of Aunt Rita’s “Summer of Prevention”, an 88-day campaign raising critical funds to support vital programs across Arizona. Proceeds help sustain HIV/STI testing, maintain the HIVAZ.org resource hub, connect individuals to lifesaving care, and power programs like Experienced Escapades for people aging with HIV and our HIV Positive Youth Retreat.
