Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Member Relationship Coordinator to join our team. As a Member Relationship Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in expanding our membership base, engaging with potential members, and promoting the benefits of joining our chamber of commerce.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outreach to potential members through email, phone calls, and networking events.
2. Communicate the value and benefits of membership with the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce.
3. Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
4. Collaborate with the team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
5. Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback.
6. Attend chamber events and represent the organization professionally.
7. Support member programming 

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in marketing or development preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
4. Experience with LGBTQ+ community preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Access to reliable internet connection and communication tools.
