About Us

I am Blake Holliday, and I am a nonbinary, trauma-informed family law attorney who uses they/them and he/him pronouns. I was born and raised in north Georgia where I learned the importance of hospitality and sweet tea. I moved from the South to the Cowboy State and graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law.

In Wyoming, I represented victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking in family law matters at the non-profit organizations Legal Aid of Wyoming, and Wyoming Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. As a trauma-informed attorney, I effectively communicate a client’s emotional experience into persuasive legal arguments without stigmatizing or demonizing a party, particularly when coercive control, substance abuse, or unmitigated mental health concerns impact the co-parenting relationship and parenting. I moved from Wyoming to Arizona where I worked at two local family law firms, furthering my knowledge and skills to resolve complex issues of property division and spousal maintenance for high-income families with substantial financial assets.

I am passionate about building trust and open communication with clients to litigate successfully and to meet the client’s goals effectively. I prioritize creating a safe place for you to ask questions, to share concerns, and to openly speak your truth without judgement. I will meet you at your level of understanding, at your place in the healing journey. I look forward to connecting with you to discuss ways to resolve your family’s legal needs. I think we will make a good team.
