Hi, I’m Joe Makston a leadership development consultant, a bestselling author, and speaker. At Zelle, I was the go-to guy to build cool stuff like learning and leadership programs, plus I kicked off our DEIB council and employee resource groups. My journey's been a mix of 20 years in bank ops at Bank of America and BBVA, with a side of pastoral work. I've got a degree in leadership and a knack for making leaders and orgs shine. When I'm not busy connecting folks, I'm hanging out in North Central Phoenix with my two awesome kids and our dogs.
