We offer a complimentary initial appointment for estate planning or probate discovery. We ask for estate planing that you to fill out our worksheet we send with the meeting confirmation

We value your time. We know how busy life can be when you are chauffeuring children, working a job, running a business, volunteering, and/or just catching up! We make the most of each appointment. Frequently, it will take just two meetings to accomplish everything we need to do to put your plan in place. On the other hand, if we need to meet more often, we are happy to do so.

At your first meeting with Libby, you will discuss your unique situation and she will advise you on the estate plan or probate that is best for you. At the end of your first meeting, Libby should be able to tell you the fixed fee for your needs. You’ll know exactly what it is going to cost to get that peace of mind.

Libby begins work as soon as you retain her. Once you have received and reviewed the plan and approved the necessary documents, you will meet to sign the documents. We will also prepare and record deeds to retitle your real property into your Trust or record deeds for avoidance of probate if you have only signed a Will.

Our fixed fee includes peace of mind calls and appointments. If you have questions about the plan, retitling assets or other issues, we are happy to discuss it with you.
