The DTPHX Wellness Fair takes place Tuesday, March 19 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Civic Space Park, 424 N. Central Ave.

Our goal with the DTPHX Wellness Fair is to provide Downtowners of ALL ages with a range of resources and tools to support their overall health and well-being. Whether someone is just beginning their wellness journey or is a seasoned health enthusiast, a wellness fair offers a space to learn, connect, and explore new approaches to self-care. 

Workout Schedule: 
11:15 a.m. - Orange Theory Fitness Downtown led by Studio Manager Amy Charles. 
Noon - Bollywood dance Fusion led by Harsita Aggarwal. "Bollywood Fusion dance fitness blends energetic Bollywood dance movements and fitness, creating a dynamic and enjoyable workout experience, incorporating strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises."
