Brick Road Coffee is partnering with Los Angeles-based artist, Corie Mattie aka "LA Hope Dealer" in a heartfelt mission to uplift and unite. This initiative began ith the collection of over 100 poignant letters at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, each one a testament to unity and support. Brimming with messages of hope and solidarity, these letters were prominently displayed at Orlando Pride in 2023, creating a visible tapestry of community strength and encouragement in a state where the struggle for LGBTQIA+ rights is particularly acute. 

At Brick Road, we are no stranger to the work Corie Mattie has done to share messages of hope, inspiration, and support to the LGBTQ+ community and we boast a custom mural by Mattie in our cafe sharing such a message with all who enter our doors. Through each letter collected and every mural created, LA Hope Dealer reaffirms our unwavering commitment to fostering a supportive community, proving that all voices, especially those uplifted in unity, can herald a brighter, more inclusive future.
