Speaker: Yassamin Ansari currently serves as the Vice Mayor of Phoenix. She is the youngest woman ever elected in Phoenix City Council history and the first Iranian American elected to public office in the state of Arizona. Vice Mayor Ansari represents one of the most diverse districts in Phoenix. 

Update: Unfortunately, the Congressman is scheduled to stay in DC due to a shift in the voting schedule as a result of the speaker vote delays. He sends his deepest regrets that he will not be able to make the luncheon.
