"I Hate Networking"
Not everyone loves to network. People often complain the networking makes them feel uncomfortable and phony. Few of us are true extroverts and networking can painfully push us past our comfort zone. This lunch and learn will provide a new perspective on networking that will inspire even the most quiet introvert.
We will discuss:
- The hidden truths about networking
- Four stages for success
- The different techniques and skills required for weekly, monthly and occasional networking events.
- The Anti-elevator speech

Butch Leiber is the Real Estate Broker/Owner of Desert Fairways Realty and the founder of the Integrity Referral Network. Originally from Philadelphia, Butch has been a resident of Phoenix since 1991. As a business owner since 2002 he is well known for his willingness to contribute to others and help people create breakthroughs in their businesses and their lives. Much to his mother's chagrin he is a medical school dropout but he's also an award winning Realtor®, a trainer, business coach and public speaker.
