Description
The Phoenix Human Relations Commission present “Addressing and Ending Homelessness” with speaker Amy Schwabenlender, CEO of Keys to Change, formerly Human Services Campus.
Homelessness affects all communities in Maricopa County and is increasingly identified by residents as a top issue they want resolved. Amy will discuss root causes of homelessness, current levels of homelessness, and solutions that work to prevent and end homelessness at the individual and systems level.
The takeaways for the audience in attendance:
1. Answers to common questions about homelessness.
2. What is currently being done to address homelessness
3. What is needed to make progress on “ending” homelessness.
